High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Three to five years gaming management and two to five years retail/convenience store experience required. Business management experience preferred. Must be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously. Must have credentials in written and verbal skills. Must be fair and consistent in the administration of policies and procedures along with making sure the casino is in compliance with the state Gaming Compact.
